Shipping policy

We value every purchase, and we do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Shipping occurs on Monday — Friday excluding national holidays.

Items ordered on Friday after 3 p.m. CST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process prior to shipment. We primarily ship through USPS.

Please Note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

FREE SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer free shipping via standard services on any domestic US orders. No minimum order value is required.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be collected where applicable.

LOST PACKAGES POLICY

If your package seems to be lost in transit, please reach out to our support for assistance at hey@thetiaraeffect.com.

If your package is marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier for assistance first in finding it. If the carrier does not have information on your package please reach out to us.
